Why ZEFES?

Plastic Omnium has the ambition to become worldwide leader in hydrogen mobility by 2030. At our New Energies site in Wels, the team develops a series-ready fuel cell system for heavy-duty vehicles (trucks, buses, etc.) as well as the manufacturing processes required for series production. The ZEFES consortium and project goals are a great opportunity to show the maturity of our systems and further investigate in efficiency improvements to support the demonstration of clean European transportation.

What in ZEFES?

Within the project the durability of our FC module will be demonstrated based on real driving cycles. In cooperation with other partners from research and industry further technological improvements will be elaborated to increase performance and adjustment to different use cases and their requirements.
