Agnieszka Wojtysiak, Technology Manager Grid Integration T&SD Poland at Hitachi Energy, will be speaking at the upcoming Women in Tech Summit, one of the leading international events dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and innovation in the technology sector.
The event will take place on 10–11 June in Warsaw, Poland.
During her Tech Talk titled “From Vision to Impact: ZEFES and the Power of Electrification”, she will present the European ZEFES project as an example of how engineering innovation directly contributes to real-world sustainability challenges.
The session will highlight the European vision for zero-emission long-haul transport and the broader goal of environmental decarbonization, enabled through advanced technology, cross-border collaboration, and industrial innovation.
Aimed at women engineers from diverse technical backgrounds, the talk will demonstrate how large-scale EU R&D initiatives connect engineering expertise with sustainability objectives. It will also emphasize the essential role engineers play in shaping a cleaner, electrified future.
Beyond the technology, Wojtysiak will focus on the people behind these innovations—showcasing how strong, diverse, and committed teams turn ambitious ideas into tangible impact.
