Hitachi Energy Semiconductors offers worldwide one of the most diverse product portfolios of power modules, e. g. thyristors, GTOs, IGCTs, IGBTs recognized by industry, power transmission/distribution, mobility, renewable energy for their ultimate quality and reliability. There are Si and SiC chipsets in our portfolio and being produced in our both fabs in Lenzburg, Switzerland, and Prague, Czech. Republic or together with a partner in another fab.
