Organisation Introduction
Grupo Primafrio was set up in 1963 for transport of local fruits and vegetables from Spain to different points of Europe with just one truck. Nowdays Grupo Primafrio operate across 27 EU countries and is the largest temperature controlled logistic operator in Europe with a fleet over 3,000 trucks on property and 5 logistic platforms located between Spain, Portugal and middle Europe.
Why ZEFES?
We have come a long way over these years developing different projects in order to ensure our commitment with a sustainable model of business. It is crystal clear that ZEFES project will be a key opportunity to reach knowledge related to ZEV´s and the infrastructures needed to reach our main target which is keep leading green logistics.
What in ZEFES?
We will participate in the project in different ways however our main purpose in ZEFES project is to demonstrate the high efficiency of the new ZEV´s on real long-haul missions with an average of more than 1.000km per day.
