The fourth milestone of the project has been reached! This milestone marks the realisation of the concept and component feasibility and optimisation tools and studies, and the system specification for distributed powertrains. Several technical deliverables have been submitted to reach this important milestone:
- Optimization co-design tool and right powertrain component’ sizing
- Feasibility study on new vehicle flexible concepts – for payload capacity up to 100% for next LHDV generation
- Thermal management optimization for BEV and FCEV (public summary)
- Design of the interface between b-trailer and prime mover
- Design of the interface between e-trailer and prime mover
- Digital twin platform definition and realization (public summary)
